If you chose shipping, your order will arrive the next day, or after 2 days if the destination is Okinawa, Hokkaido or Kyushu.
If you chose pickup - please pick up your order from the Hiroo store within opening hours on the date you chose.
Please chose the same dates for for all items in your cart if you order for shipping. Please note that we cannot process orders for shipping that contain multiple dates. Shipping orders that contain multiple dates will be cancelled and we will refund your money.
If you would like to place orders for multiple dates, please place a separate order for each date or contact us so we can place the order manually for you.
