RUNGNIR is a light rye sourdough bread, with 25% rye flour. No frills bread, simple yet delicious. It is great for toasties and sandwiches. Earthy yet mild rye flavor that is easy to pair with almost anything. We like it simple with just butter and a dash of sea salt flakes or topped with a thin slice of mature cheese. Also, perfect for avocado or egg salad sandwich.
