Sourdough focaccia made with organic wheat flour Yumechikara from Hokkaido. We use organic extra virgin olive oil to add flavor and softness to the crumb. Nigella (organic) and Himalayan pink salt add extra zing. Eat as is or use for sandwiches or tapas. It pairs well with cold cuts, cheese, salad and other light meals. Goes really well with hot soups and stews. Also great for mozzarella toasties.
