Bread - the way it should be. Nutritious, wholesome, satisfying and delicious. No additives, no preservatives, no chemicals or other synthetic concoctions - this is the aim for BRØD. We believe in organic, naturally grown, carefully prepared produce and food. Therefore sourdough is our main focus. The long natural fermentation process is the key to a healthier gut. Including seeds, nuts, berries, spices, herbs adds a lot of diversity and nutritional value to our breads. Using only organic ingredients is our goal.
