Shipping Policy
Our standard shipping method is for next day delivery in most regions of Japan. Please be aware that if your order is destined to Hokkaido, Kyushu or Okinawa it will take 2 days to be delivered.
Shipping timeline:
In the early afternoon of your chosen shipping day your order will be packed and sent. You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the tracking site of the shipping service provider. The default delivery is next day before noon. If you would like a different time slot please indicate so in your comments at check out.
Please be aware:
Sweets and cakes should be shipped with refrigerated shipping. Bread is usually shipped with regular shipping, unless the weather conditions are deemed excessively hot and/or humid for preservation of quality. In such case we recommend to chose refrigerated shipping. Refrigerated shipping will incur an extra fee.
If you order bread and sweets/cakes in the same order, please chose refrigerated shipping.
Please make sure that you type a full and correct recipient name and address, including unit number (when relevant), and please add a correct phone number for the shipping service provider to contact the recipient in case there are any issues with the delivery.
Please note that we will NOT refund orders that cannot be delivered due to recipient's absence during specified delivery time or missing or erroneous recipient information. We also DO NOT accept returns due to food regulation requirements. If there is an error in your order, or in case that you have any other concerns, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our absolute best to find a satisfactory solution.
