Welcome to our micro bakery with Danish and other Nordic goodies. Everything is done with love, care, and by hand in our little baking studio in Hiroo. We strive to use local and organic ingredients. We do not use commercial yeast, additives or chemical enhancers. BRØD is applying Nordic baking traditions and trends to make nutritious, flavorful bread and sweets.
